Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are not allowed on Lenviva. Violating this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, in serious cases, referral to law enforcement.

You may not…

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, model weights, or prompts behind the service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network connected to the service.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Use the service to build, train, or benchmark a competing AI product.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the service by automated means without written permission.
• Use the service to generate spam, malware, phishing content, or misleading job offers.
• Share your account credentials with anyone else or resell access to the service.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the service, please email abuse@lenviva.app with as much detail as possible.

Enforcement

We investigate reports and evidence of misuse. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.
