Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lenviva. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Lenviva provides AI-powered job interview practice sessions and coaching feedback. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee any particular hiring outcome — the service is a practice tool, not a placement agency.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, beta access & billing

  • Free baseline access: 15 practice minutes total, no credit card required.
  • 7-Day Interview Sprint: planned $29 one-time access with 120 practice minutes.
  • 14-Day Interview Sprint: planned $49 one-time access with 300 practice minutes.
  • Paid access may be limited during beta. No payment is collected unless checkout shows the final amount and you confirm the purchase.
  • Paid plans do not renew automatically. Unused minutes do not roll over after the plan.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual property

Lenviva, its logo, code, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the answers you submit and the transcripts generated from them. You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the service to you. Lenviva may use de-identified transcripts to evaluate and improve AI only if you separately opt in.

6. AI-generated content

Coaching feedback is generated by AI systems and may contain inaccuracies. The service is provided for interview practice only. It should not be treated as professional career, legal, medical, or financial advice, and Lenviva does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, salary, or hiring decision.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, for fraud, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost job opportunities.

10. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Oslo, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
